Deskripsi: - To produce quality education and teaching in the Room Division Management through developing learning capacity to produce professional graduates;
- Producing a variety of research for the development of room division management knowledge based on local wisdom;
- Disseminating the application of room division management knowledge through community service in order to improve the welfare of the community;
- As an agent of reform in encouraging the independence of the Room Division Management at the national level;
- Become the main node in the Indonesian tertiary room division management in the higher education network.

Misi: - Improve the quality of education and teaching of the Room Division management through the development of learning capacity;
- Improving the quality and variety of research for the development of room division management knowledge based on local wisdom;
- Increasing the capacity of management knowledge applications in the room division management through community service in order to improve community welfare;
- Positioning itself as an agent of reform in encouraging the independence of the Room Division Management at the national level;
- Acting as the main node of the Indonesian room division management of Commerce's Higher Education network.
